How big is the house?
The Econest 48 has 36 m² of interior space plus a 12 m² terrace, for a total of 48 m². It includes a living area with kitchen, one double bedroom, and a second room that can be used as a single bedroom or office.
We have also other solutions such as the ECONEST 88 that has 70 m² of interior space plus a 18 m² terrace, for a total of 88 m².
What’s included in the price?
The starting price of $29,000 USD (≈ ₡14 million) includes the complete modular home, fully finished with a kitchen unit and sink, complete bathroom, aluminum windows with mosquito nets, and delivery ready for installation anywhere in Costa Rica.

⚙️ The foundation pillars are not included, as they must be prepared in advance based on your land conditions. We’ll provide a detailed technical layout showing the exact positioning and specifications.

How long does it take to receive my home?
Once your order is confirmed, production takes around 60 to 90 days, depending on customization. Installation on your property usually takes 24-48 hours.
